We understand that situations may arise where a partner needs to request a refund for credits purchased for leads. In such cases, refunds will be provided only in the following circumstances:
If the contact information provided by a lead is found to be incorrect or invalid, resulting in the inability to reach the customer, the credits used for that lead will be refunded to the partner's account.
In cases where the customer is not ready to avail of the services for any other valid reason, as determined by Sparooo, the credits used for that lead may be refunded to the partner's account.
To request a refund of credits, partners must contact our customer support or create a ticket or mark spam on the paticular lead and the reason for the refund request. Our team will review the request and, if found valid, process the refund accordingly.
Please note that refunds will be provided in the form of credits returned to the partner's account and not as a monetary refund. We do not offer refunds in cash or through other payment methods.
